Begin Your Baobab Journey
Baobab welcomes children of all faiths, cultures and family backgrounds. Admission is non-selective: the entry assessment helps the school understand each child’s current learning and support needs.
Children are placed in year groups according to age. Joining during the year is possible with the approval of the Heads of School and Principal, subject to completion of the application process.

A Personal Welcome
Families provide a report from the previous school, where applicable, and declare known educational or medical needs. Children whose first language is not English undertake a language assessment. The DEN supports additional learning needs and English as an additional language.
Arrange a Campus VisitMeet the School
Discuss your child’s age, year group and day or boarding arrangements with Admissions.
Share Their Story
Provide the application, previous-school report and any educational or medical information.
Understand Their Needs
Complete the entry assessment and discuss the appropriate placement and support with the school.
Scholarships & Bursaries
Baobab offers support for high-achieving students and families in financial hardship. The school is also a partner in the Beacon Scholarship programme, which develops young people with leadership potential through mentoring and personal development. Admissions can explain eligibility, availability and the application process.
