Middle School brings Years 5 to 8 together, combining the National Curriculum for England and Wales with specialist teaching and attentive pastoral care. Pupils build independence as they prepare to enter Senior School in Year 9.
Our school ethos shapes a community where pupils can grow academically, socially and emotionally.

Years 5 & 6
Years 5 and 6 continue the primary National Curriculum for England and Wales. Class teachers deliver around 60% of teaching, with specialist teachers providing the remainder. Science and ICT laboratories, and dedicated art, Design & Technology and Food Technology rooms, broaden the ways pupils learn.

Years 7 & 8
Years 7 and 8 begin Key Stage 3 of the National Curriculum for England and Wales. Subjects include English, Mathematics, Science, French, History, Geography, Religious Studies, Art, Design & Technology, Food Technology, Music, Information Technology and Physical Education.
Pastoral support helps each pupil manage new routines and develop confidence, responsibility and effective study habits.
