Planning the School Year
School fees are invoiced termly, or annually for families choosing to pay for the year. Tuition, boarding and joining charges are separate, with payment arrangements set out in the school’s Fees and Debtors Policy.
How Payments Are Scheduled
Baobab’s published payment schedule allocates 45% of annual tuition to Term One, 40% to Term Two and 15% to Term Three. Fees are due before each term begins. Families can discuss a payment plan with the finance team.
Your Family’s Fee Schedule
For the current amounts, request the schedule for your child’s year group and preferred day, full, weekly or flexi-boarding arrangement. The team can explain registration, admission, capital contributions, deposits and any applicable discounts.
2026–27 Term Dates
Term One begins on 24 August 2026; Term Two on 11 January 2027; and Term Three on 12 April 2027. The academic year ends on 1 July 2027. The calendar includes half-term dates and school closures.
