Boarding at Baobab

Boarding at Baobab

A Home Away from Home

Our boarding community gives Secondary pupils a place to study, relax and build lasting friendships. Full, weekly and flexible arrangements help families find an option that suits them.

Care, Independence & Belonging

House Tutors and Heads of Boarding support pupils in the boys’ and girls’ hostels. Junior and senior accommodation provides privacy, while Senior College students have study bedrooms.

Shared meals, supervised study and mentoring between younger and older pupils form part of daily life.

A Complete Boarding Experience

Full boarders share seven days a week of study, play and relaxation. Living together gives pupils time to build friendships, learn from different backgrounds and become more independent.

Weekends Together

Weekday evenings include supervised prep, sport and time to relax. At weekends, boarders explore places of interest, enjoy Zambia’s wildlife, attend sporting events and visit the cinema or Lusaka’s shopping centres.

Shared barbecue evenings bring the boarding community together, with time for pupils to develop their own sporting, artistic and academic interests.
